How do I contact regarding Amazon.com B2B, marketing, promotions, etc.?

I am a sales representative for wireless phones (the good kind, I swear!) And I participate in a program called Rewards Samsung. Under this program, a vendor who sells a Samsung device is given the points based on the product sold. These points are then redeemable against objects in their online boutique. The store orders are fulfilled by Amazon. After several go-rounds with both Samsung & Amazon, I've determined that Samsung has very little to do with the process point of redemption. Contact anyone I at Amazon request a serial number for Amazon.com. Samsung does not provide a serial number for Amazon.com. They have an order number, but only as regards Samsung, not an order, Amazon.com, and it is thus unnecessary. So what I try to find someone who is in Amazon is familiar with Samsung Rewards and can help me find this order. Whether a department B2B marketing and promotions ... anyone.
